Usually we can all look at buildings and work out if it is small, medium or large. Think, “has this got lots of detail in the photo that may take a while to illustrate’.. that should help you gage where your commission sits best.
Small - FAIRLY simple. A terraced, 2 up 2 down. Small coffee shop etc
Medium - More complex. Maybe some greenery, semi Detatched, a pub would sit in this section, unless the pub is very large then of course use initiative.
Large - A large cottage, large wide pub with lots of detail, mansions, wedding venues.
